Plant chemical diversity

The comprehensive structural characterization in mass spectrometry based plant metabolomics are carried out in PlaSMA (Plant Specialized Metabolome Annotation) project using the advanced computational mass spectrometry with 13C fully-labeled plant data and enriched metabolite- and fragment structure databases. The identified and spectrometrically characterized structures by our curation team are freely distributed with their MS/MS spectral information.
